At your examination, your doctor orders a radiology test (MRI, CT, X-Ray, or Ultrasound) to help diagnose and treat your medical problem.
Your doctor may advise where you have the test, but the decision is yours. You can take your radiology order to any facility that offers the test. Be sure to consult with your healthcare provider on facility options.
Your doctor's office might schedule the test for you, but once you have the signed order you can schedule or re-schedule the test at your preferred facility. Ask question; be informed.
After the test is completed, a radiologist will electronically send your referring doctor the radiology images and a written report with the results of your test.
Your doctor will discuss the results of your test at your follow-up appointment.

Additionally, your healthcare provider’s office staff can assist you with scheduling your appointment as all diagnostic imaging procedures must be referred by your physician and require a signed referral.
It is extremely important for you to keep your scheduled appointment. If an emergency prevents you from keeping it, please call our office prior to your scheduled appointment time, to cancel or reschedule. This simple step will prevent unnecessary delays for all of our patients.
