      We want to assist you in coping with your financial requirements. We understand that billing and payment for healthcare services can be confusing and complicated. We are dedicated to helping you through the billing process. Together, we can ensure that your experience is as easy as possible allowing you to focus on getting healthy.

    • Heath insurance

      Health insurance

      As a courtesy to you, a claim will be filed to your insurance company. Many insurance companies list specific instructions on the card regarding pre-certification or prior authorization for services. It is your responsibility to ensure that an authorization and/or pre-certification is obtained prior to services rendered and payment is received based on your contracted benefits with your insurance company. If authorization is denied or not obtained and payment is not received by your insurance company, you may be liable for any unpaid charges. 

      You will be required to pay any deductibles or co-insurance dictated by your insurance plan at time of service.

      Our staff will call your insurance company to get the best estimate of what you will owe for the procedure. Please remember this is just an estimate. The final patient amount owed will be determined after your insurance company processes your claim.

      If you are not covered by insurance, we provide affordable self-pay pricing. Payment will be due at time of service.

      If you are unable to pay your bill in full at time of service, once you receive your first billing statement, please call 877-442-2993 to speak with a patient account representative and they will be able to assist you with your billing needs.

      If you are uninsured and think you may have trouble making payments for the services you receive, we offer financial assistance for medically necessary health care services for persons who meet our Financial Assistance program qualification guidelines. For more information please visit
